The tour begins and ends in Barcelona. You leave the capital of Catalunya for the Cadaques Peninsula, land of smugglers, good sailors, poets and painters—among them, Salvador Dalí. A two day stop on this beautiful stretch of the Costa Brava allows time to enjoy Greco-Roman ruins, optional kayaking, and a visit to the Dalí Museum. The next four days are spent hiking in the Catalan Pyrenees, including the volcanic area around Olot. The tour concludes with a tour of Barcelona.
