Our knowledge of Spain and Portugal is included in every package, whether guided or self-guided. We specialize in custom, upscale all inclusive tours. Accommodations

The accommodations we use include Spanish paradors and Portuguese pousadas, manor houses/quintas and charming private hotels, modern, deluxe city hotels and family-run inns in the countryside. All urban hotels are centrally located, and all our properties are carefully chosen to reflect the route. Single occupancy rooms are available on a limited basis for a nightly surcharge.

Dining in Spain and Portugal...

...is its own reward—in palace or convent, winery or family inn, the regional variety always surprises our guests. And to complement a Valencian paella, or Castilian lamb dish, you'll sample wines from every region—crisp whites from Penedès, delicate albariños from Galicia, hearty reds from Toro and Ribera del Duero, prized tempranillos from La Rioja. We are known, too, for our lavish picnics—your chance to taste a wealth of Iberian cheeses. The table is the gathering place in Spain and Portugal, a place of ritual, where family and friends explore food and ideas and where everyone talks at once!

Boats, planes, trains, cars and insurance

We can make all your Transatlantic and internal European flight reservations in conjunction with our tours. We also book train tickets between Iberian cities, and the rest of Europe, and ferries to the Balearic Island, in connection with our tours. Rental vehicles are available, self-drive or with driver. We offer Travel Insurance with coverage for trip cancellation and interruption, travel delay and baggage loss, emergency medical expenses and evacuation, and rental car damage.
